03

Merchant Responsibility

Merchants are responsible for configuring app settings accurately, using truthful storefront wording, checking generated documents before use, and ensuring their use of the app complies with applicable laws, tax rules, customer promises, and Shopify policies.

Trust, shipping, warranty, payment, returns, and support messages must reflect real store policies and real services offered by the merchant.

04

Billing And Cancellation

Where an app has a paid plan, billing is handled through Shopify app billing or another billing method clearly disclosed before purchase.

Merchants can uninstall an app from Shopify admin at any time. Uninstalling stops future app use and triggers app-owned cleanup where supported by the app runtime.

05

Availability And Support

A1 Local aims to keep the apps available and maintained, but no service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

Support requests can be sent to [email protected]. Include the app name, store domain, and enough detail to reproduce the issue.

06

Limitations

The apps do not provide legal, tax, accounting, shipping, conversion, accessibility, or search ranking guarantees.

Generated invoices, packing slips, storefront messages, and theme blocks should be reviewed by the merchant before relying on them in a live store.
