This policy covers Shopify apps published by A1 Local, including A1 Simple Size Chart, A1 Sticky Add To Cart Bar, A1 Free Shipping Bar, A1 Trust Icon Blocks, A1 Invoice Packing Slips.

A separate website privacy policy covers the main A1 Local website, contact forms, analytics, payments, and client services.

Merchant Settings

The apps store merchant-entered configuration needed to operate the selected feature.

Customer And Order Data

The storefront merchandising, conversion, messaging, and icon block apps do not store customer personal data.

A1 Invoice Packing Slips uses protected order and customer fields only when a merchant requests an invoice, packing slip, or receipt workflow.

Retention

A1 Simple Size Chart

Chart data is kept until the merchant deletes a chart or uninstalls the app.

A1 Sticky Add To Cart Bar

Merchant settings are kept until reset or uninstall.

A1 Free Shipping Bar

Merchant-created bar settings are kept until deleted or uninstall.

A1 Trust Icon Blocks

Merchant-created blocks are kept until deleted or uninstall.

A1 Invoice Packing Slips

The first version is designed for on-demand rendering with minimal stored history. If document history is added, retention will be configurable.

Sharing

The apps do not sell merchant, customer, order, or storefront data. App data is used to provide the installed app feature, support the merchant, comply with platform requirements, and maintain the service.

Shopify processes data under the merchant Shopify account and platform terms. Cloudflare hosts the app runtime and may process request metadata needed to serve the app.

Shopify Privacy Webhooks

The apps register Shopify mandatory privacy webhooks for customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact.

For shop/redact and uninstall events, app-owned install records and settings are removed where they are stored by the app runtime.
